Pomegranate is one of my favorite fruit. It has a lots of benefits i.e it has anti inflammatory effects, it may fight prostate cancer, useful against breast cancer, lower blood pressure, fight arthritis and joints pain, lower the risk of heart disease etc. It also improve memory.
